WHAT YOU WILL DO
🔹 Develop and execute a regional service strategy aligned with maritime and tank storage business objectives.
🔹 Lead service operations across inland waterways in the Benelux, with future expansion into Germany and France.
🔹 Ensure high-quality execution of service activities, maintenance, commissioning and emergency support.
🔹 Act as senior escalation point for customers and build long-term relationships in our industries.
🔹 Drive continuous improvement, digital service innovation and compliance with safety regulations.

WHAT YOU BRING
🔹 A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Maritime, Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
🔹 At least 10 years of experience in service operations within maritime, tank storage, or industrial environments.
🔹 Strong knowledge of inland shipping systems, tank terminal operations, and maritime compliance.
🔹 Proven leadership experience managing multi-site service teams.
🔹 Fluency in English and Dutch, French is considered a strong advantage.
